The functions and duties of the EURL are specified in Article 32 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 165 of 30.4.2004). The work programme of the EURL is agreed annually with the Commission, the programme runs from the 1st January to the 31st December.
